Background
I didn’t begin my career in photography.
After earning a degree in mechanical engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2020, I spent three years working as a mechanical engineer at a consumer product development consultancy, involved in all stages of the product development lifecycle—design, prototyping, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality control. That experience shaped how I think and see the world.
While bringing physical products to life still matters to me, photography currently has the stronger pull. I enjoy working with people and organizations to help document their stories, cultivating an observant eye to the moments that connect with others.
Approach
When you hire a professional photographer, you’re paying for more than coverage. You’re trusting someone with creative direction, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate moments before they happen. Most importantly, you’re relying on someone who understands your vision and can deliver images that align with it. I’m driven by curiosity and the desire to fully immerse myself in the environments I photograph. Whether I’m photographing athletics, music, products, or people, I strive to capture the story as it’s meant to be experienced.
Lastly, I’m also a follower of Jesus Christ. It’s my hope that my life and work ultimately point you to Him.
